School Improvement

A School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a working document used to set priorities and monitor progress throughout the year. We are an ambitious school and we have high expectations for all our children and staff. We wish to be outstanding in all aspects of our work. This document sets out the strategic priorities agreed by the Governing Body, Headteacher and Senior Leaders. It is informed by the school’s rigorous selfevaluation system, the most recent Ofsted report (December 2012) and by the School’s Vision.
